General Terms & Conditions:

  • Car parking fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and are not included in any valeting services.

  • HB Dennis Airport accepts no responsibility for mechanical or electrical faults that may occur during valeting or driving.

  • Customers must ensure all child seats are correctly fitted before leaving. If you do not want child seats removed, you must notify management in advance and have this noted on your receipt.

  • HB Dennis Airport is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or contents while parked.

  • Any damage to vehicle bodywork or interiors must be reported before leaving, or it will not be accepted.

  • By availing of our services, you give permission for our staff to drive your vehicle for valeting and parking purposes.

  • All valuables must be removed before drop-off. Any remaining items should be locked in the glove box. We do not access the glove box or boot during cleaning.

Concierge Parking and Valeting Terms & Conditions:

  • Customers arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time may be required to wait up to 2 hours for the next available driver.

  • If you are late and choose to cancel, no refund will be issued.

  • A €25 late fee applies if you miss your scheduled time by over 30 minutes without 2 hours’ notice.

  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of collection are non-refundable.

  • Failure to notify us of a change in travel plans at least 24 hours in advance, resulting in a driver waiting over 30 minutes at the terminal, will result in a ‘No Show’ Fee of €50.

  • Where notice is provided, a credit note will be issued for rescheduling (24 hours’ notice required).

  • The concierge service operates daily from 00:00 – 23:59 and is strictly tied to the flight details provided.

  • Our secure car park is 3km from Dublin Airport with CCTV and 24-hour reception.

  • Up to 10km may be added to your trip log while the vehicle is under our control.

  • Any damage must be pointed out before leaving with your vehicle, or it will not be considered.

Delays and Insurance

  • HB Dennis Airport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, flight delays, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • We operate secure, fenced, CCTV-monitored car parks. Customers should ensure their own insurance is valid and covers all risks.

  • Increased parking duration will be charged and must be paid before vehicle return.

  • Full payment is due before services commence.

Cancellation and Curtailment

  • Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • Services are deemed to commence from the scheduled collection time.

  • Curtailing a booking after commencement does not qualify for a partial refund.

  • If changes are needed after departure, contact HB Dennis Airport directly.

Liability and Other Terms

  • Our insurance covers our legal liabilities only.

  • Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk.

  • The customer confirms they own the vehicle or have authority to use it.

  • Damage claims must be reported immediately upon return. Claims made after leaving our premises will not be accepted.

  • HB Dennis Airport accepts no liability for mechanical or structural faults including flat batteries, alarms, tyres, windscreens, or wheels.

  • Maximum compensation per valid damage claim is €150.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by negligence.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by acts of nature, terrorism, riots, flooding, or war.

  • Vehicles must display a valid tax disc and comply with road laws. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service with no refund.

  • We are not responsible for faulty keys, alarm fobs, or items left with the key. Please ensure the correct key and starting instructions are provided.

  • Customers should retain a spare key with them where possible.

  • If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are s accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Debit.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the Eurpoean Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase services from us within 14 days without giving notice. The cancellation period:

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period. To cancel, contact us by email at support@hbdennisairport.ie or by post at K67 X564. You may use a copy of the Cancellation Form, found at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but you are not required to do so.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Goods or services, other than the supply of water, gas, electricity, or district heating, where the price depends upon fluctuations in the financial market that we cannot control and that may occur during the cancellation period;

  • Services that the customer has requested for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance;
  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions to such publications;
  • Passenger transport services; and
  • Accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering, or services related to leisure activities, if the contract includes a specific date or period of performance.

Effects of Cancellation

If you requested the performance of services begin during the cancellation period, you are required to pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your decision to cancel this contract. We will reimburse to you any amount you have paid above this proportionate payment.

We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.

This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Dawn Poole and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Dawn Poole and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
