General Terms & Conditions:

Car parking fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and are not included in any valeting services.

We cannot accept responsibility for any mechanical or electrical fault that may occur during the valeting or driving process.

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/driver to check baby/booster seats are correctly secured before putting children in them. If you do not want the baby/booster seats removed you must notify management prior to work starting and have that noted on your receipt. It is extremely important that you check all baby/booster seats before leaving HB Dennis Airport, no responsibility for ill-fitted baby/booster seats.

HB Dennis Airport cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of any vehicle or vehicle’s contents whilst parked within our car park.

HB Dennis Airport cannot accept liability for any damaged body work which has not been brought to the attention of our staff and noted on your docket.

HB Dennis Airport cannot accept liability for any interior damage, which has not been pointed out to our staff and noted on your docket.

By availing of HB Dennis Airport you are giving HB Dennis Airport employees and management permission to drive your vehicle for the purposes of valet cleaning and valet parking.

All valuables must be removed from your vehicle before the car is dropped to HB Dennis Airport. Any additional items in the vehicle must be placed in and locked in the glove box (we do not clean or need access to the vehicles glove box or boot during the valeting process and view it as a private area in the vehicle).

Concierge Parking and Valeting Terms & Conditions:

Failure to keep your appointment time within 30 minutes of time scheduled without 2 hours notice will result in a €25 late fee and the possibility of having to wait up to 2 hours for the next available time slot .

If for any reason you are unable to attend an appointment made, be it your departing concierge time or your returning concierge time, the responsibility is on you to communicate this change of plans at least 24 hours in advance of your concierge time. Failure to notify HB Dennis of any change of plans, resulting in our HB Dennis Driver waiting at the terminal over 30 minutes will incur a ‘No Show’ Penalty Fee of €50. If you notify Exemplar as per the above, a credit note will

be issued. To reschedule concierge service with a credit note we require 24 hours notice on 089 616 9847. HB Dennis Airport must have direct contact and phone number for the traveling passenger. HB Dennis Airport concierge service is a personal service and thus will only be made available in line with flight details supplied during booking in of the vehicle. Concierge Service operates from 00:00 – 23:59 daily. HB Dennis Airport hold all relevant motor and public liability insurance to provide this service. By purchasing any of HB Dennis Airport products you are agreeing to allow any member or agent of HB Dennis Airportto drive your car for the purposes of parking and/or valeting. HB Dennis Airport operates a secure carpark facility with 24 hour reception and CCTV which is located 3 Kms from the Dublin Airport. Given the nature of the Concierge Service, any client availing of this service must accept up to 10km may be recorded on your in car trip-log whilst the vehicle is under HB Dennis Airport’s control. Upon hand over of your vehicle both on arrival and again at your return, any damage must be pointed out to the Concierge before you leave with your vehicle, failure to do so will lead to HB Dennis Airport refusing any damage claim.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that collections and deliveries of vehicles are made at the requested times, HB Dennis Airport does not accept any responsibility for delays of its service, caused as a result of circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts etc.

Dublin – HB Dennis Airport parks cars in secure car parks which have fencing and CCTV security. You are advised to ensure that your own insurance covers all risks. HB Dennis Airport does not provide any additional insurance cover whilst your vehicle is parked.

Increased duration of stay will be debited to the clients account and payment collected prior to the return of the vehicle

Full payment of the booked service is due prior to commencement of the service.

Cancellation and Curtailment

A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date and time for which the service has been booked and a full refund will be made. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours no refund will be made.

The period for which the service is booked shall be deemed to commence at the collection date and time specified at time of booking for the service booked.

Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service once that service has commenced will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked

If an amendment is to be made after departure has commenced HB Dennis Airport must be contacted

Liabilities and other Terms

Our insurances cover our legal liabilities

Vehicles and Contents are left at Owners risk whilst the vehicle is parked.

The customer warrants that he is the owner of the vehicle or has the power to deal with the vehicle as if he were its owner.

Claims for damage will not be considered unless reported to a HB Dennis Airport Representative immediately on the return of the vehicle. Claims for damage will not be considered once the car has left our care and control.

We accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle including windscreens, alarms, immobilisers, glass, flat batteries, tyres and wheels howsoever caused.

HB Dennis Airport accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused unless proved to be caused by the negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty of the employees of HB Dennis Airport. In the event of damages being claimed the amount payable shall not exceed €150 per claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the HB Dennis Airport liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of one of its employees. HB Dennis Airport will not accept liability for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control including acts of God , acts of nature and terrorism, war, riots, flooding.

Your vehicle must display a valid tax disc and comply with the Road Traffic Act. You will be held liable for any fines, liabilities and consequential loss we incur from a failure to do this. HB Dennis Airport reserves the right to refuse your vehicle on the day and no refund will be given.

We accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the keyring. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle

Where possible, we require you to have a spare key for your vehicle which we require you take with you.

If any provision of these terms is found by any court to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid or unenforceable, unfair or unreasonable then it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions which will continue in fu 4.11 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts

However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the Eurpoean Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase services from us within 14 days without giving notice. The cancellation period:

Will end 14 days from the date of purchase when you purchased a service.

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period. To cancel, contact us by email at support@hbdennisairport.ie or by post at K67 X564. You may use a copy of the Cancellation Form, found at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but you are not required to do so.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Goods or services, other than the supply of water, gas, electricity, or district heating, where the price depends upon fluctuations in the financial market that we cannot control and that may occur during the cancellation period;

  • Services that the customer has requested for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance;
  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions to such publications;
  • Passenger transport services; and
  • Accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering, or services related to leisure activities, if the contract includes a specific date or period of performance.

Effects of Cancellation

If you requested the performance of services begin during the cancellation period, you are required to pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your decision to cancel this contract. We will reimburse to you any amount you have paid above this proportionate payment.

We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.

This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Dawn Poole and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Dawn Poole and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
